Next, choose to setup either Inbound Calling or the Outbound Campaign(s) within our Coaching Portal.

Try out customer interactions using the Bero Testing Ground until you are comfortable that Bero has it right!

First Step is Training Bero to Act Like Your Employee
Use the Setup Wizard to input details about your company and how you want Bero to handle customer calls for you. For instance, you can specify how you want Bero to greet customers on the phone, define the way you want appointments to be scheduled, and even what voice and language you want Bero to use. You can safely link Bero to your back-office platform right away or try out Bero using our free Demo Mode.

Use the Testing Ground to make sure you are happy with Bero
Click on "Testing Ground" and you can talk to Bero just like you are a customer (you will need a microphone and speaker on your computer). If you want to change anything about the interaction – maybe you want Bero to answer the call "howdy!" – just go back to the Coaching Portal, change the configuration, and try the Testing Ground again.

When it's time to launch
You'll need to connect Bero to your back-office platform using our simple and safe Interface Widget (this requires upgrading to a paid account). This will allow Bero to access the information needed to work with your customers and schedule appointments. This takes less than 15 minutes in most cases.
Then just forward customer calls to your dedicated Bero Hotline shown on the Launch page and you're ready to Let Bero Do the Talking.
